I contacted Frank for a quote the representative Thulani Fesi was extremely anxious to assist me by providing the quote.

The quotes for Life Insurance were mailed to me but were significantly higher than my current premiums, I mailed my proof of current premium enquiring whether they could offer me a better deal. I have still not received a response or even an acknowledgement.

I asked Thulani if they use BMI to determine premiums he confirmed that Frank use this method my question is then if you have an extremely fit and healthy body builder that weighs a 100 kgs why should he pay the same premium as an overweight unhealthy person?? Thulani was not equipped to answer this question.

So much for Frank, really disappointing, I wonder what Thulani, s response would have been had I wanted to take out a policy??
