LOAN GONE WRONG!! CREIDT SCORING AFFECTED

I applied for a loan with the bank in 2011, for a while everything was fine until I was called to say I was behind in payments. I banked with bank since 2006 so it is obvious that they had all my details. For some or other reason a stop was put on the loan account meaning they could not debit my account monthly. I have to in 2012 physically go to the bank to make payment or send the money via EFT while banking with this reputable bank. To say that was an inconvenience is an understatement. My credit rating was in the meantime affected.

I moved to FNB in April 2012 and physically went to the Florida branch "my" branch to close the existing savings account and furnish them with my new banking details. Guess what??? NOTHING WAS DONE!!! Still experienced the same problem and in the meantime MY credit rating WAS AFFECTED. I went to the branch to get the matter resolved I met a lady by the name of Tasmin Solomon if I am not mistaken late last year. She tried to keep in touch and told me the matter would be resolved and MY CREDIT RATING would not be affected nothing was given to me in writing as the matter was still to be resolved. Interests keep increasing on overdrafts???
