Non-payment of fees as discussed after cancellatio

I took out a life insurance policy with Frank which came into effect 01 July 2013. I cancelled said policy 11 July 2013. Frank phoned me and offered to pay back the initiation fee plus 10%. On the 17 July I spoke again with Frank, and was told that it takes 10 working days to pay me back the money.

On the 26 July 2013 I again spoke to Frank as I had not received the money and was assured it would be paid.

On the 31 July I cancelled the new policy. You've cancelled reference 0083108. Again I spoke to Frank and was assured that my money would be paid back to me.

Various conversations with Frank during August follows, and on 21 August was phoned by Frank and told my money would be paid over that morning. And I should take note that since we are at different banks I might only get the money on the 22 or 23 August 2013.

Today is the 26 August 2013. I have not received a cent from Frank.

Stop telling me stories and pay my money, today. Not tomorrow. Today.

It did not take you 6 weeks to deduct the money from my account.
