I WROTE TO HELLO PETER MONTHS AGO COMPLAINING ABOUT A HOSPITAL PLAN FROM [URL Removed] ARBITRATOR CALLED ME AND SAID THEY ARE REDOING MY CLAIM AGAIN SINCE THEY ALSO NOTICED I WAS ROBBED.AFTER A FEW MONTHS THEY WANTED OTHER DOCUMENTS WHICH I GAVE TO THEM, TILL NOW NO RESPONSE IF THEY ARE PAYING ME OR REFUNDING ME MY PREMIUMS.WHAT IS WORSE NOW IS THAT THE MOST SENIOR MANAGER WHO WAS DEALING WITH THIS MATTER DOES'NT EVEN WANNA TAKE MY CALLS ANYMORE, WHEN I CALL THEIR OFFICES THEY ASK WHO IS CALLING AND IF THEY HEAR MY NAME THEY SAY SHE IS NOT INN OR THEY HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO HER SHE WILL GET BACK TO ME.THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FROM DECEMBER LAST YEAR TILL TODAY.THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE CONSIDERING I WAS PAYING A HUGE PREMIUM TO THIS COMPANY EVERY MONTH.ILL NEVER ADVICE ANYONE TO TAKE ANY POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY.
