Mediscor does not work for OnePlan claims

I spoke to Sam, the same person I spoke to on 16.09.2013 said that any Pharmacy including Clicks can put our claim through Mediscor. We went to Clicks with what "Sam" told us on the 29.08.2013, and they tried 4 times to put it through and it wouldn't go, so we had to pay R401.32. Because of this we paid the second invoice, without even calling the claims department. I didn't want to struggle.
Sam told me again 16.09.2013 about the Mediscor thing, I told him I don't care, because of the previous invoice that did not go through, I told him, he must just put the money for the Pharmacy on my card and that is it.
I spoke to a lady 16.09.2013 at the claims department who told me that she is under supervision and that I may send the invoices through, Customer Care did receive the invoices and said that the Claims department has the invoices with them.
It has been 13 working days up to now, and we still have not received out money. I think the Customer Care does not care at all.
