Receive no invoices from ADT

I work for a non profit org and ADT is our security provider. We have a monthly debit order agreement with ADT. However, for auditing purposes, we require invoices to be sent to us. We have never received an invoice from ADT. Currently we are busy with an audit and I have phoned ADT FIVE times to obtain invoices from September 2012 to April 2013. Twice I was promised I would receive the invoices via email, but never did. Once I was told that a request would be logged as the person responsible was not available. Again I received nothing. And the last two times I was put on hold for fifteen minutes (both times) and then CUT OFF. I am so frustrated as I needed the invoices two days ago already.
