Chronic medicines were rejecting at Pharmacy on Saturday.
Monday: Phoned Glennise advised that the pharmacy needs to phone mediscor. Was referred back to Essential med from Mediscor. Glennise asked that pharmacy sends script through to her email address and within one to two days max it would be processed and medicine available. Done 5 minutes later.

Thursday: 0218405105 abt 09:10 am Phoned, kept waiting for 15 minutes holding for Glennise, another lady answered saying she would pass message on and get her to phone straight back. Phoned back at 10:30am, asked to speak to Glennise and was put through to her. I then asked her about the status of my query and she then said that pharmacy must phone mediscore. Then proceeded to remind Glennise about her promise to me. Then she sais "O, let me check my emails", asked me what the pharmacy's name. Told her the pharmacy';s name and then she asked for pharmacy's telephone number. When asking her if she could not check her emails she replied that she had too many emails to do that. Explained to Glennise that medicines now finished and promised not adhered to. Glennise said she would phone pharmacy. We still have no feedback.
