I received a call the second time from RCs card, one on the 19th, the other today 1 October 2013. My first request was for the agents to send me banking details so that necessary payments can be made as I was unable to go into a store. The call I got today from a lady, which I could get her name, sounded like she was talking through her nose. First of all of the lady had no telephone skills what so ever. My request again for for her to send me banking details, she insisted that I should write down the details, i told her that im driving, any fool could hear that is was indeed driving she than responded to me by saying I've been driving from yesterday, absolute, it's got nothing to do with RCs as to when, how often I'm driving, this last time I checked RCS doesn't not pay for my vehicle, she continued to treat-hen me, I don't think that realizes that consumers pay there salaries, I wonder if she even pass grade 10, my 2 year old child has more intellect than her, still haven't received the banking details as well, I would like a formal apology form her as well what disciplinary action will be taken.
