Pleasure dealing with Quentin from 24hr Mobility

My cellphone is insured with 24hr Mobility. It fell and the glass broke. Quentin from 24hr Mobility assisted me at their call centre to complete the forms, the phone was collected within a day and I had it back within a week, 3-10/05/2013. Quentin displayed an excellent attitude - friendly while efficiently getting the job done. He had a laugh in his voice which I found extraordinary rare if talking call centres. Thank you, Anita
