I am EXSTREMELY TICKED OFF at the moment. I just received another sms saying that money was deducted off my account from (standard bank). So it is OK for banks just to deduct monies off there clients banking accounts because they bank with them. The reason why we are with certain banks is because we entrust out monies with them and if the bank themselves just decide to do as they please, who do we trust.

I need all these monies to be reversed:

December - R5000 deducted without notification (complaint already logged in december - still not feedback)
January - R2500 and again another R1300 with out notification (2nd complaint logged also no joy)

It is totally unacceptable. Nobody comes back to you and nobody give feedback. So it is just ok for a giant like standard bank to just do as they please.

I am livid, livid, is this how the BANK treats me after over 20 years as a faithful client of being with them. THIS .

I will definitely be closing my account and moving to another bank. Other banks need people with clear credit records and money to spend or save.
