I have logged a complain previously on Standardbank as I haven't received feedback on a hoax email that I reveived from them. I don't have an active Standardbank account but received an email that I must verify certain info according to the mail, Standardbank requested me to sent them a copy I did so but no feedback was received also I asked a few question in my email regarding there ucount programme. I again logged a complain here and again I forwarded them the details to date no feedback was received. What must I do now as these people doesn't bother to call me nor provide feedback
I was thinking of changing to Standard but with this attitude I will not change
