I would just like to thank Hector at the Glen for his lack of feedback and diligence. In the last 2 months i have been shunted from pillar to post by Standard Bank. I have been with the institution for -30 years and feel that i have been treated very poorly.

In fact i think this may even be a bit of a blessing - Thank you standard bank for forcing me to look at other banks.
I closed my two personal accounts today and my daughter's account. My wife will be doing the same in the next few weeks. What i find absolutely astounding is that while withdrawing my money today and closing the accounts, no one in the bank even had the courtesy to ask why. It is obvious to me that Standard Bank doesn't care about loosing clients.

Thank you FNB for making me feel important.
