I am at wits end to understand why FNB cannot commit to provide a proper service when promised that all is sorted regarding forex transfers. Going back there has been several commitments and promises made to the extent that I honestly believed no more issues will be experienced with my transfers. Once again I find myself in the situation that I have made a transfer and it does not reflect in my account within 24 hours. This situation will have me seriously consider moving my business to another bank. I have been with FNB for what must seem an eternity as a client and it is getting more frustrating to continuously deal with this lack of commitment. Last month I was to when told no transfer showed in my bank account only to receive an sms within minutes of the email stating that a transfer was done. Secondly an email is sent to an email address long not used also confirming the transfer is done. When I questioned this, FNB did not even have the decency to reply to my email.

I expect FNB to reply promptly with the same lame response "Thank you for your enquiry. Kindly be advised that the email has been forwarded to management to assist as no response was received"
