NEVER BUY A LIQUID CAPITAL PLAN EVER

We bought a plan with our purchase of a second hand car. When it came time to service the car we were given the run around as to where we were to take the car as each dealer we were sent to knew nothing about an agreement with liquid capital. Finally we went back to the dealer that sold the policy and they contacted their agent who told us we could only go to Santon to service our car. No where else. This was not how it was sold to us when we paid for the plan. We live 60 km away from Santon. So we decided to cancel. That was 11 months ago. Since then we have phone on a weekly basis. Filled in 3 cancellation forms. Been told we've been paid twice but no proof of payment can be found and the next time we phone they say "No we haven't paid you but we'll cancel now over the phone and you will be paid in 7-14 days". That was a month ago. And has cost us almost a thousand rand in phone bills.
