I am a disappointed in FNB-Forex utter incompetence and indifference:
I applied to transfer $645 to a Tanzanian account on 31.12.2012.
My account was debited with the amount on 04.01.2013.
I do not receive a conformation the money have arrived at their destination.
After more than 2 weeks on 21.01.2013 I do inquire of the where about of my transfer.
The lady helping me- Sandra Armien / (087) 577 7074/ [Email Removed]
The reply was that the money came back / not to my account/ but I was not informed that the transaction was not complete.
She assured me that she is going to reapply on 22.01.2013
I did try to express my disappointment of the department service to the Manager of FNB Forex- Paul Eengelbrecht / [Email Removed] /(087) 577 7060 but he does not answer the phone or reply to the e-mails.
Sandra Armiem does not answer the calls and e-mails as well.
I kept calling with no success once a day.
I have a ref number FXC13A6003 not traceable on their system / according to Mohamed-who is refusing to give me a Ref number and his surname/
I also spoke to Gsholotelo.
I need this resolved ASAP. I am leaving for Tanzania in 10 days.
