Called Momentum and spent 3 hours on the phone being transfered from person to person being told they cant find me on there system but someone else could help only to be transfered again up until I ended up at the same person then she just hung up on me. I kept my cool the entire time and was friendly but all I received was people unwilling or to incompetent to help me.

I finally got transfered to someone that gave me answers: I called Momentum to ask for the updated Policy on my cover just to find out from Sumantha Rajkumar that my Disability Coverage was removed, I wasn't notified and she couldn't even tell me why? She transfered me to Karin Steenkamp who handled my case but she wasn't available and I ended up being transfered from person to person until I spoke with Rakesh Jivan whom told me he would investigate the matter, I still asked for a copy of the Policy and was told he will email it and he never did.

I called again hoping to get Karin and asked to be transfered to her, after approximately 5 different people and another hour wasted she said she would look into the matter and email me the Policy.

Rakesh, Jerry, Karin & many more promised me the Policy! Still waiting
