Emails sent to FNB ignored

I have attempted to contact FNB on numerous occasions regarding transfers that they have made in and out of my accounts, but I am repeatedly being ignored. There is potentially suspicious activity in my accounts and yet FNB can't even afford me the courtesy of responding to my email to advise whether or not I have anything to worry about or if I should take the matter further, especially since they're the ones making the transfers. These transfers were not authorised by me and yet they still have the cheek to charge me when the transfer was unsuccessful due to there being no funds in the account. I am extremely disappointed, I have been a loyal customer of FNB for many years, and I expect at least a reply to my query.
