Do your fkn work already!

I have cancelled my health insurance with one plan in june already. But these people clearly have some primitive form of e mail and fax because they can never find the mails you sent... I have stopped the debit order many times with them but they refuse to stop taking my money. Now I have the problem that my other debits can't go of because these keep STEELING my money!!! Can you just do your fkn jobs please!
