I am really tired of Standard Bank passing the buck every time. I am currently an account holder at Standard Bank this is my fourth time going into the bank requesting them to stop my debit orders because i will not be responsible for RTD. I went to the Glen, Cresta and Doornfontein branch requesting for my debit orders to be stop as i am unemployed, go into to the bank signing the stop order forms for the hundredth time. Then the incompetent staff assisting me tells me i have to contact the other credit providers and then the other Standard Bank branch staff says no all is in order. What the. This month had a look at my statement RTD's again, Standard Bank need to up their gear with more competent and efficient staff. I am going to close my account with them because i will not be liable for R150 for unpaid charges. I have compared all Standard Bank rates to the other banks and Standard Bank just know how to rip off their customers.

I want this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
