I have a personal loan with Nedbank, which is almost 2 years old, since then I went under debt review, and I know for a fact that Nedbank does receive the amount of money as was agreed upon and confirmed in court, now for some reason they keep debiting my ABSA account every month even though the do receive their money from the PDA. Every month their incompetance forces my account to go into the red and I have to pay additional bank charges for their debit order that gets returned,

I went in to my ABSA branch and they stopped it on their side now Nedbank still keeps sending it through

NEDBANK YOU DO RECEIVE YOUR MONEY WHY DO YOU INSIST ON DEBITING MY ACCOUNT???!!!

Why do we have to complain on sites like this for people to do their jobs properly
