I have been under debt counseling for just under a year now. I have a standing arrangement with all my debtors. A while before I went under debt review I made a personal loan from Nedbank and after some time was unable to pay the full installment of R1971.64 per month. After numerous incidents where the debit order went of my account numerous times or went through after I have stopped the debit order... I received documentation on 25-06-2012, where by I stopped the debit order at Nedbank. Now 7 months later the debit order goes of my account again, not once but twice. After following this up the only response I received was "Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not have your documentation on record". I cannot pay my debt councilors this month because my debit order is going to bounce... resulting in additional bank fees and placing me in even a more detrimental financial position than I currently find myself in. I need to take time of work and spend money to get documentation I have already submitted, re-submitted to Nedbank. I AM SORRY is not going to pay my bills or get my accounts paid. I will never in my life be a customer of Nedbank again!!!
