To cut the long story short, my car was involved in a minor incident when my cousin backed into it while parked on the driveway of our home.
She submitted a third party claim with First For Women (telesure group), her insurer. I subsequently contacted my insurer (Dial Direct, Also part of the Telesure group). I was advised by Rachael that the claim to submit a claim with DD which would later be closed as the Third party claim was still being processed.
I took the car in for an assessment as advised and to this day, there has not been a single person getting in touch with me from both ends. Promises to get back to me by agents on several occasions have turned out to be.
In the meanwhile I am left with a damaged vehicle that was not of my own doing. I still seek resolution on this matter.
