DEBIT ORDERS

I have had about five debit orders go off my bank account and I must say I have now honestly had enough. Why are the banks not protecting us from these criminals - how easy is this!!! I have previously submitted an online complaint and get told I must call FNB - honestly!!! I am the client!!

Now Afrimedia (Colin Pillay) the "new kid on the block" has emerged - amazing that all these debit orders originate from Durban!!! Why can the banks not introduce an OTP whereby clients authorise new debit orders. We are carrying the costs and the losses here not the bank!!! It is enough
