FNB YOU DID A PATHETIC JOB! We had changed from another bank to FNB because we trusted this will be done. First complaint was resolved and we got the card. Now debit orders returned, because it was confirmed and sent to us, but the debit orders did not go through. Now we are responsible for the debit orders that have been returned, and that is money we needed. DO YOU REALLY CARE WHAT HAPPENS. It is highly frustrating that you confirm the debit orders and then when it is time, no one knows that they need to take money out of the account. WE ARE NOT GOING TO ACCEPT THIS AND WANT THE MONEY TAKEN FOR RETURN DEBIT ORDERS PUT BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT TODAY! WHY AFTER ALL THIS, WE STILL HAVE PROBLEMS AND POLICIES CANCELLED AS A RESULT. FIX IT... now!
