Switching of debit orders

Hi

i opened an account in August and was asked for my bank statement from another bank, which i submitted. no debit orders were switched. I then went to the bank in October to complain and they said they will change. After few days i received an sms saying debit orders were switched from my previous bank to standard bank. Nothing happened even today no debit orders were switched. i cannot keep on going to the bank for the same and small issue like this. The service is so bad.
