How hard can it be to change details.5 Times

I have tried to change my Cell details 5 times in one month in Different banks.

I want my old number taken off and the new number put on the system. I stand in the bank and get new sms saying all is right but 2 days later they all go to the old number again.

Between these branches I have been told it has been done.

I tried mailing the bank as well only to get a auto response.

How hard can it be to do this.

Can the bank not get people who know how to do there jobs. Are there so little people out there that can work on the banks system.

And to top it off they spell my name wrong on the ucounts program.

What worries me is how many bad reports are on this site. Maybe its time to look for another bank.
