My complaint is regarding your extremely poor service and the fact that it seems that you consider it fine to money from customers. I spoke to one of your service consultants on the phone regarding cancellation of my funeral policy that I apparently took out with you. They could not supply me with proof of taking out this policy and said it was verbally agreed upon. They should be able to link that to the payments just take off my account. I also queried the fact that this policy only started 4 months after my loan with direct axis was paid off. They had the audacity to tell me that I need to send my bank statements to them so that they can see when you started taking these payments off my account. My bank statements do not concern you and you should be able to supply your customers with better service than that, don't you think? I was told that this policy would be cancelled and that I would receive confirmation. I haven't received confirmation and if I email your service department they just ignore the emails. The reference on my bank statement is "DIRECTAX DAF6228188 130825". The deduction is for R35. Fix this problem right away and stop from people!!!
