Nedbank is so slow and useless!!

I'm so blady sick of nedbank i want to close my bank acc bec they have no idea what they doing i have to call 100 times and go into a bank 100 times plus call complaints before they even help me and its not even a difficult thing i want done! just to change a blady cell number all that time and hassle just for one stupid thing. and they so low i will swipe Monday for something next week Friday i will get a sms that i just swiped, so I'm so tired of them so i decided i wanna close my bank account so i went into the bank took a day off walked all the way there on 24 April i filled out a form they said i must wait 10 working days its now the 15 may still nothing i call and call just to find out whats happening and all they call tell me sorry we cant help you go into te bank then i wanna know what is the use of going into the bank the first time so i must go to the bank 50 times again just to get one thing done all i want is it to be cancelled bec i want to close this stupid acc!! these people must really start doing there jobs they slow they dont care about any of there customers and iv been banking with them for over 15 years and this is the service i get! time to change banks :( :(
