How safe are our personal details with the banks

Just received a call from a lady (Indian) who said she was from Evolution, telephone number 27317016050 at 12.03 and asked if I still banked with Standard Bank. I would like to know how she got my contact details and more importantly how she knew that I was with Standard Bank. There's been enough negative publicity regarding banks and their client/customer security.

The contact details are above and should be investigated by the bank and resolved. The bank has yet to respond to anything so I'm doubtful that they will care about this, but you never know.
