I handed my Mazda 3 in and waited 4 months. It was returned with a dry battery. which I replaced, during this time you collected premiums of nearly R1000pm for a month to month contract. I was also unemployable as I am a freelance training facilitator and depend on having my own transport. Not working affected my ability to make payments on the car which has nearly been collected twice and thus affected my credit rating. All of this whilst having a baby on the way. I had to chase after DD and the repairer and had to find my own parts for repairs. You even had the audacity to try and sell me further products while my car was in, car rental at max 30 days but your suppliers took over 150days. After I received the vehicle the wheel fell off a week later, causing further damages. I was accused of lying about this. The car went back in, costing me a further 2weeks or more, thus more financial damages. The water bottle was not fixed, when I found the fault I was advised that the car will be a write-off. I now have nearly R30 000 in arrears on car payments plus collection fees were added. Still not a single person has contacted me about this. It is horrendous.
