I made a claim on my car after an accident in November 2013. The car had a damaged bumper, broken bottom cover and side skirts. I made arrangements for the car to be taken in for repairs on the 6th of January 2014. I was given a car rented through Budget car rental. On the 30th of january they called to say I must return the car since it was supposed to be returned on the 28th and the rental won't be renewed despite the fact that my car is still not repaired. I did not get any communications from the insurance indicating that the car rental won't be renewed. Furthermore they are not doing anything to make sure that my car is repaired on time. I was told that I have to pay for the car rental out of my own pocket. I went to check on my car on the 31st and found out that the repairer is still waiting for parts contrary to what the insurance says, that my car will be ready on the 3rd of february. The repairer still has no dates for when the parts will be delivered. I do not think the repairs on my car require 2 months to be done. Now I'm stuck with no transport to work.
