Over a year and excess has NOT been repaid yet!

7th August 2012 at 7:10 am a client of M F crashed into me. He acknowledged at the scene of the accident that it was his fault and that he has insurance and they will sort me out. It has been over a year now and my excess of R1000 has still not been paid out to me.

I have phoned Mutual and Federal numerous times as have my insurance company but no one seems to be able to tell me why the money is not being released. The paper work is all there, and has been finalised, but no repayment. I find this shocking as the accident wasn't my fault, I was paying a 'no excess' fee but due to terms of the contract of me being under 25 I had to pay the minimum fee of R1000.

The money needs to be put into my account asap or else I will have to take it further and I do not want to.
