How is Mutual and Federal still in business??

We are a corporate client of Nedbank Group insurance which is under-written by Mutual and Federal. I was involved in an accident with my company vehicle on the 15th of August 2013. My vehicle was sent to the panel beaters so that the repairs can be carried out. I had to pay R 2723.05 to the panel beaters for excess. I contacted Marlise Mitchell-Lowe, our company insurance broker and informed her that I had to pay and that I would like her to please submit a claim against the other drivers insurance as it was his fault. I supplied her with the other parties insurance details on 18 September 2013. I have not received any feedback other than an automated response from Mutual and federal and I find this pathetic! I continuously have to request feedback from Sandile Mlangeni, Rose Moahi, Avinash Persad, Wallie Govenden and Nikki Le Roux-Bruce. I fail to understand how 6 people are involved with my claim but to date not even one of them has bothered to answer an e-mail!? Your customer service leaves much to be desired! In my opinion you must be the most unprofessional insurance company in South Africa and should be ashamed of this disgrace you call customer service. You disgust me!
