Sirago Underwriters
Poor service!!!

Our twins went for operations about 3 months ago. We had to pay a co-payment off R1750 per child for tonsellectomy and adenoidectomy. Just before they went to hospital, we went to Resolution Health and Sirago underwriters to help us with some issues, we asked them about the co-payments and all they told us, we have to send in the receipt of the co-payments and fill in the claim forms and some hospital acc. to claim the money back. We did as they say and when push comes to shuffle, they rejected the payment because our children are not on their system.
At first they were not separate from Resolution, they changed their company to Sirago. When they were part of Resolution, our twins were on, but they didn't add them again when they changed. Apparently we have to fill in forms to add them again.
I'm very unhappy because no one ever informed us of this, not even when we were at their office! We especially asked about the claims so we could have everything in order, but apparently no one can do their job properly!
Every month we pay our premium to Resolution Health (incl the twins), and it incl the amount for Sirago as well, we don't pay them separate. If we pay for our twins, why not pay!
