Claims Processing Just Incompetent

I love everything about Miway but they have just reached the limit now.
Having submitted a claim on 12/09/2013 with all the pictures required, I am yet to receive any feedback from them besides the thank you sms for registering my claim. I have had in to call in myself only to find out that an assessment report was done but no one sent it to me. I asked for it and was told that I would be contacted to finalize everything but fast forward to yesterday..i called in again and told that I would be called by end of business then.
It is now Thursday the 26th and I am still not sure what is happening in that camp, and why have you employed people who sound as though they have no idea what they are doing. Not the Miway I used to know.
The damaged area in my car may start rusting, who is going to foot that bill???
Long and short can someone please let me know what is happening here.
