Can't get feedback on my claim

I registered a claim on the 10th of June 2013 and instantly received an sms confirming the registration with a claim No. 461840 and later on another sms informing me that Mariette Nothnagel will be my claim handler. They also requested me to send them pictures of damaged area on my car which I sent the very same day. I have since did not receive any feedback from MiWay regarding the claim untill called them the past Tuesday and left the message to call me back, but they never called. On Wednesday 19June 2013 I directly called Mariette who promissed to call me back yesterday but she never called. It has been 2 weeks now and my car is still not repaired.
What is delaying the claim? Why am i not getting updates about the claim? Why? I am very much worried because I never experienced problems with my previous claims.

I need my car to be fixed, please assist.
