Again I'm having issues!!

I had problems with STD Bank less than a year ago. I recently went to upgrade my account and applying for a credit card. I went to Wonderboom, was assisted by the "manager". After updating my FICA info and cell numbers and instructed to make sure the my updates are corrected as well, it was not done. I had to phone in to the MyUpdates centre to get this sorted. I was also told that my cheque card will be ready at the branch in a week. Then received an sms the following week stating that my card is at Wonderpark for collection!? Also in the sms was mentioned that I would be entered in the draw to win an ipad if I collect my card within 10 days. Got to Wonderpark, nobody knew anything about my card being there and nowhere on the system could they find anything. On monday I phoned and card was transfered to Wonderboom from Wonderpark!? Must have miraculously appeared then! Went to collect it 3 days, where I asked that my internet banking must be transferred and setup, none of my beneficiaries tranferred nothing. Nobody knew about the ipad I could win. Still nothing from card division/online applications. Sandton, my branch dropped my call. Going in for the 5th time! Really!? Capitec?
