Im utterly disgusted with none service I received from standard bank, I foned the department on 25/9/2013 complaining about 2 transactions that went off from my acc (Cash withdrawal of R2000 on 25th 23H57 & again on 25th at 00H05 of R2420 @ Spar Northdal) These transactions were not performed by me and I do not know where Northdal is I got a ref number 3408326 after complaining however was refered to a branch to request a temporary overdraft limit increase. Number 1 its is a serious inconvenience to have money from acc and now having to go to a branch. Y was not my overdraft reviewed when I foned? Im sitting with dr order rejections what is Stdbank goin to reverse those? Regards Disgusted customer of yours.
