STANDARD BANK HAS BECOME UNRELIABLE

During the festive month Standard bank decided to automatically add a limit on my account without prior notice or warnings. Now when i try to draw money to pay off debts it keeps saying monthly withdrawal limit is exceeded and i am unable to draw from a ATM or transfer cash electronically which now each day the payments i have to make go higher and higher I am extremely off at the way Standard bank deals with there clients and have no concern whatsoever, every time i phone in Ive been put to one department and through another, saying they can help ..but with no availability to anyone that can help me increase my withdrawal limit and monthly limit. Standard bank claims there clients come first but this is under false pretences. Now they want me to come to there nearest branch just to change two things (like I don't have anything better to do when I'm working).
I am truly appalled and utterly disgusted because i now have to pay extra money which I have no idea where its coming from because i cannot withdraw or transfer. I AM STRESSED OUT AND STANDARD BANK IS ME OFF EVEN MORE .I HAVE BEEN WITH STANDARD BANK FOR AGES AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS
