So i posted a complaint about a week back. yesterday for the first time i received some kind of reaction. my problem is MY INTERNET ELECTRONIC AVAILABLE PAYMENT LIMIT has been loaded as zero. i have gone into the branch to sort this out only to sit for 30min and wait for a consultant and then to find out it is still wrong. now i a m trying a different route - internet assistance (like FNB offers). anyhow - got the response but guess what - they actually sorted out my ATM WITHDRAWAL LIMIT... are these people illiterate to not read what my problem is??? NO i do not need new ATM cards!!! NO i do not need to increase my withdrawal limit for ATM transactions!!! NO i do not need to increase my limit for swipes!!! I NEED A FREAKEN LIMIT TO FOR INTERNET PAYMENTS!!! you know the electronic device you sit behind at work and get onto internet and to banking transactions LIKE PAYMENTS!!! I NEED THAT LIMIT SORTED OUT... i should make the time and rather look for another bank to take over my homeloan so i can get away from Std Bank.!!! WHAT A MESS!!!
