A call center agent looking for someone else contacts my phone number to which I respond its not the right number and get an attitude of "thats strange" questioning my integrity. I am highly appalled at the kind of people employed at FNB who call themselves a leading Bank??? The agent did not even give his name on a compliant front that is not even following legislatures.

I would like someone to get to the bottom of this and find out who the agent is, as surely with my cell phone number it can be traced as to who dialled it at 8.36 am.
