Double Deductions

My Name is Terence Tholo and do have loan with African Bank. Due to Financial constrains i had asked the to reduce my monthly instalment from R902 to R500.00 every month which they agreed. For the Last for months they deduction R1000 in my account without any communication whatsoever. I did phone the call centre where i was promised the problem will fixed but up until the problem persist. I find this business practices unfair as they do what they wish because they have access into our personal accounts. African Bank Ref:6932930001
