Policy increase

3 months after changing my vehicle insurance over to miway, i get a letter stating my excess will increase from 0 to R 3 300.
I have read quite a few complaints on hellopeter about this.
The standard response from miway is that they did not anticipate this, or that somebody have contacted the client to explain the increase to them.
