African Bank
Whats so African about it???

I had a loan with African bank, which i agreed to pay for 12 months, however the last month of their debit for the loan they were supposed to debit the remaining balnce which was Three hundred and something but they decided to debit the R508 which was the instalment i was paying. I asked for the difference from the last money they debited but to no avail.
And one more thing is, i dont understand why the settlement amount is more than the balance outstanding.?? Very confusing when it comes t African Bank
