Unauthorised double debits

I really am not happy with African banks service. currently have a few outstanding accounts with African Bank. I have made it very clear that I can only afford an instalment of R500 per month combined for all 3 accounts. African bank agreed to that but they just double debited me this month

I once ordered my bank to stop their debit orders which it did for 3 months as African bank has no respect for the agreement and takes whatever amount

The reason why I agreed on R500 is because its all I can afford. So how am to pay school fees, car, house, food, clothing, petrol etc as a single parent when African Bank takes what they want from my account?

Please assist me in having this debit order cancelled with African Bank. I called their legal collections department and they said they not allowed to stop debit orders, now this is the first I hear of such. How can a financial institution feel they have the right to continue taking any amount they want. I really have a lot of costs and I cant have a debit order if African bank can't respect an agreed amount and take what they want without consideration. Can someone at African Bank please sort this out
