We have contacted the support centre this morning in regards with a problem we had with our payroll software. After hours of struggling and being transfered from department to department and being disconnected by support personnel who does not seem to know what they are doing, we eventually phoned their switchboard and they found someone to phone us back.

Within 10 minutes, Ania Louw contacted us and within 30 minutes our support problem which no one else could help us with for hours earlier was resolved.

I would like to compliment her on exceptional service received with extensive knowledge about their product and operations.
