I tried to install Pastel Payroll and nothing happened. No error, just nothing appeared on the computer. I phoned Pastel and they said I must run Teamviewer. Which I did. I then went to see a client and when I got home, hey presto it works. They now want to charge me for this. How is that for support. Next I have a phone conversation with the manager stating that this is ridiculous. where is the support to get the software at least going, or some sort of error report that I can follow up on, on the internet, or something. Should I pay for a program and then it doesn't run, so oh well?? The manager after a lot of arguing told me that he would write it off. Well that was a month ago. Since then I've been phoned from Pastel asking for their money twice. I sent email after email asking for this to be sorted out and nothing. So in short, after spending over 20k in software from them... DON'T BUY PASTEL. NO SUPPORT! IF YOUR SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK well TOUGH LUCK FOR YOU. Rip of artists, and conceited at doing so.
