Nedbank
Acc debit before due date

I have a personal loan with Nedbank and my arrangement to debit my account is the 25th. But last Friday the debit went through, leaving myselff and family with no money to carry-on with the burrial arrangement for that were suppose to go on Saturday. This is really sad to say the least.

I have now contacted the Bank with the last Money that I have, put on hold and they have promised to refund the debit by midday. But what about the extra costs and suferring that the Bank has put me through?
