On 4 October 2013 i accidentally recharged an incorrect number using cellphone banking. I immediately called 173 customer services and spoke to Jacqualine Olivier. She promised airtime would be removed from the incorrect number and for it to be loaded on the correct number i must fax her the bank statement. I asked if what she was saying was true and she assured me it was. I faxed the bank statement to her supervisor's (Motlatsi Tsiu) rightfax (0837057868) and even emailed it to her, twice. Nothing happened. i didnt get the help i was told i will get. I emailed her several times and she never responded.

I called customer services again on 08 October and spoke to a Mikateko, a call centre agent in Lebowakgomo and she gave me wrong information until i asked to speak to her supervisor, a Mr Ronnie Ratshweni (not sureif i spelled names correctly). He promised to call me back after emailing Jacqualine and her supervisor. He never called me back till i decided posting via HP.
