Why does vodadom just decide to give a cell phone number to another client after we RICA without informing us.
I've transferred money to number 0798795924 bundled to use internet with no joy. When we queried vodacom they confirmed number now belongs to someone else.
I spoke to Brian Moshia at 1:12 on the 22/1/2013 who question me why i don't check the SIM. Really bad attitude, YOU MUST PROVIDE SERVICES TO CLIENTS. This is your problem to resolve and i want my money back. Brian was very unprofesional and really making it a long and unpleasant process.
I'm sick and tired of this service we as South African's have to deal with.
i want my money back and Brian to be professional to his clients, don't question me if you are at fault.
